Editorial

Corrections

We fix errors quickly and transparently. Health and fitness coverage has to earn trust.

The Catalyst Feed is evidence-led. When a reader, source, or our own review catches a factual mistake — a wrong stat, outdated price, misstated study finding, or broken attribution — we correct it and note the change.

How to report an error

Email us via the contact page with the article URL, what looks wrong, and a source if you have one. We aim to respond within two working days.

What we do when we're wrong

  • Fix the copy — the article is updated in place; the updated date in the byline changes when the change is substantive.
  • YMYL care — on supplements, GLP-1, hormones and similar topics, we err on the side of caution and add clarifying context where readers could be harmed by ambiguity.
  • No silent stealth edits on material claims — meaningful corrections get a visible update, not a quiet rewrite.

What we don't correct

Opinion, product preference, and “we'd skip it” verdicts are editorial judgment unless they rest on a factual error. Disagree with our take? Tell us — we read it.
