This policy explains how The Catalyst Feed(“we”) handles information when you visit our site, read an article, or subscribe to The Daily Dose. We collect as little as we can and never sell your personal information for money.
What we collect
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which articles are read and how the site performs. This includes approximate location, device and browser, pages viewed, and (for Clarity) anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of on-page behaviour. We do not use this to identify you personally.
- Newsletter details. If you subscribe, we store the email address you give us and basic engagement data (opens, clicks) so we can send and improve The Daily Dose.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our host records standard request data such as IP address and user-agent for security and reliability.
Cookies & similar technologies

Advertising & third parties
This site is supported by advertising. Our ad partners may use cookies and device identifiers to show and measure ads, including interest-based ads. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies; where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before non-essential advertising or analytics cookies are set.

Some links to products are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The retailer, not us, sees your purchase. As we say on How We Test, affiliate relationships never influence our reviews or scores.
How we use your data
To run and improve the site, send the newsletter you asked for, sell and measure advertising, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make the site work — our hosting, analytics, advertising and email partners — and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Exercise any of these by emailing media@catalystperformance.sg. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, certain interest-based advertising can count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To opt out of that, you can reject non-essential cookies via our cookie controls, enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, or email media@catalystperformance.sg with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will honour valid requests without discriminating against you for making them.
Data retention
We keep analytics data for the retention window configured in our analytics tools, newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and logs for as long as needed for security. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the relevant standard contractual clauses.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, flag them prominently.
